Fabrica Film Club: Under the Skin (108mins, 2013, Rated 15)
Wednesday 20 August, doors & bar open 7.30pm, film starts promptly 8pm. Free entry (donations welcome)

Inspired by some of the darker tones of Monika Grzymala's work, Film Club is showing this modern sci-fi horror that shows us our world through alien eyes. Shot on the streets of Glasgow, and starring a surprisingly real Scarlett Johansson, director Jonathan Glazer has brought us a deeply unusual and beautiful piece that is both provocative and haunting.

"It’s an intoxicating marvel, strange and sublime: it combines sci-fi ideas, gloriously unusual special effects and a sharp atmosphere of horror with the everyday mundanity of a woman driving about rainy Scotland in a battered transit van. Daring and thoughtful". - Dave Calhoun, Time Out

Join us for this special screening in our unique gallery space, with comfy chairs, beanbags nibbles and cosy blankets.

Please note: If you book a ticket but find you are unable to attend please let us know - someone else might be grateful for the space!
